Reed Henry

CEO

Reed has a history of defining new innovative products and taking them to market with his background in product management, marketing, sales, professional services, business development and customer support. Recent roles include CMO roles at Genesys, ArcSight (public) and SeeBeyond (public). Prior to that he co-founded Vertical Networks, a Kleiner Perkins and Accel Partners funded company and ran strategy and new business for eBay. He has a BS in electrical engineering from University of Washington, MS in electrical engineering from Caltech and MBA from Stanford.

Jerry Waldorf

CTO

Jerry has a history of architecting and developing innovative products and solutions. Recently he was Principal Architect for Okta where he helped customers implement the most complex identity management scenarios including user provisioning integration. Previously he was the Chief Architect and VP of Engineering for SeeBeyond, the Chief Architect for Sun Microsystems middleware group and architect for Oracle Fusion Middleware. At SeeBeyond his team built the Gartner Magic Quadrant leading enterprise integration platform. He has a BS and MS in computer science from UCLA.

Each year, Aquera automates tens of millions of joiner, mover, leaver transactions for millions of workers across the world with the Aquera Identity and HR Integration Platform as a Service. Worker onboarding to IT from HR applications is automated in real-time into critical business applications and corporate directories like Active Directory, Azure AD and Okta. Aquera has pre-built integrations to over 40 HR applications and over 800 business applications. As employees join, move positions within, or leave an organization, supporting changes made within the HRIS are automatically propagated across the IT and application infrastructure, adding and maintaining application access for only those users who should have access and removing access and retiring licenses for those who should not.
