Aquera creates directory accounts, usernames, groups, and Microsoft 365 licenses from the Paylocity hire record. It can provision ahead of the start date, in the user’s local time zone, so new hires are productive on Day 1.

What happens when an employee changes roles or leaves? +

Changes in Paylocity flow through to your directory and applications automatically. When someone leaves, Aquera revokes access and reclaims licenses, so there are no gaps from delayed removals or human error.

How does Aquera handle the manual steps of onboarding? +

Aquera opens tickets in your service desk for the physical steps that still need people, such as badges, laptops, and desk assignments. It builds them from your own ticket templates.

Can we use Paylocity data for analytics? +

Yes. The Aquera HR Data Bridge continuously loads Paylocity workforce data into your own data lake or database. This covers HR, payroll, time, and benefits, normalized with full history and ready for your BI tools. It never writes back to Paylocity.

Aquera maps BambooHR fields to destination fields and sets your group-placement and provisioning rules. You choose scheduled or webhook-triggered sync. No custom code is required, and Aquera builds and maintains the connectors. Employee # in BambooHR is the matching key to Employee ID in Aquera.
