Yes. Frontier assistants, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Perplexity, connect to ADP through the Aquera Agentic AI Bridge as standard MCP clients. Every request is authenticated through your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or any OIDC/SAML IdP), authorized against the user’s actual ADP entitlements, executed on their behalf, and logged.

Can AI agents write to ADP, or only read? +

Both. Through the Aquera Agentic AI Bridge, AI agents can read ADP workforce data and perform governed writes, update an address, request time off, or execute ADP workflows, with every action gated by the permissions the requesting person already holds in ADP and captured in an exportable audit trail.

Does Aquera store ADP employee data? +

No. The Aquera Agentic AI Bridge stores no PII in transit, Aquera is the pipe, not a data store. Authentication is enforced by your identity provider, agents never hold credentials to ADP, and a complete exportable audit trail supports GDPR and enterprise compliance requirements.

What happens if an AI agent requests ADP data a user is not allowed to see? +

The Aquera Agentic AI Bridge denies the request and includes constructive next steps in the denial.
